i'm now burnt!!! i hate this annoying hot temperatures and humid conditions that cause my face to breakout in ugly (disgusting) patches of RED!!

but..

yesterday was a day well spent.. finally all four of us could get together!!

FOR CYCLING @ east coast

Meli: eh.. damn hot la.. can i open umbrella??

and janelle had her lame moment at the bicycle shop.. when she had probs lifting up the stand at the wheel...

so off we went in the great blistering sun.. (a perfect start for a nice fictional composition).. cam whored as we cycled.. (more pics with meli..) "-____-"

then we stopped and took i bite... janice the domesticated made sandwiches.. which my grace and meli loved.. haha.. there were some sand castles along the beach so while meli and janelle went to take more "tourist" photos.....grace and i smiled!!

then we jetted to bedok jetty and talked about lame stuff and took more pictures...meli: eh.. i can't take pictures with u (me) la.. i look weird.. i dunno if i should slouch or stand straight...)

finally.. our 2 hours of cycling was UP!!!

and we strolled along with the infantry army boys who we running their Xkm run to the lagoon for dinner.. and meli saw her senior from east view and i met edwin.. i was SHOCKED..

edwin( running behind me): eh... is that janice?? JANICE!!!!

me: EDWIN!! WHAT U DOING HERE?? OMG!!

*everyone laughs... (includes his army friends.. so paisei!!)

grace: eh.. he managed to recognise u even though u are wearing a cap and shades.. NOT BAD AR!!after half hour or so of walking.. we freshen up at the toilet and headed for DINNER!! satay.. kangkong.. squid.. stingray... oyster omelet.. sugar cane.. *sinful leh!!then headed to a breakwater to sit and discuss our night plans while we looked at our photos again...beautiful skies of dusk.. while we thought of going for K.. it was too expensive on friday nights.. so we headed to Blu Jaz cafe at Bali lane.. In a Mercedes cab.. the driver was damn nice... not to add highly educated.. he ferries people from sentosa... cool hey.. so he was on the way back from east coast to sentosa.. and he was really nice..
blu jaz is really nice.. with a nice cozy ambience.. live bands... not very friendly service.. but the brownies was DAMN DAMN nice..we gobbled everything up... like scavengers.. so embarrassing!!! BUT WHO CARES!!!

and i met up with my beloved besties at janelle's sister's house. without meli that is.. flights again! and w saw janelle's sister's baby= janelle's niece.. so cute.. i didn't take any photos cause she was crying most of the evening.

long time no blog..

my weekends are getting more and more jam packed with exciting things.. haha

my saturday: with my belovedwe went to taka in the day.. and had coffee and walked around.. mainly just sitting around and talking.. its just great to sit down and talk.. i love the connection.. its a blessing..and i took this photo of hubby at coffee bean.. and it resembles a very very cute thing...

. haha... the big head and cute face....then we camped out at cine orchard for like 3 hours before 1245 for the National Treasure to begin.. i swear its a nice show.. its the first time i was so attached to the movie that i totally forgot that i was in a theatre.. i kept saying: OMG.. run faster!! and such lines.. haha.. its really a nice show.. i love shows like these..

and my sunday was great too... met up with the lame and dumb bunch from TP.had swenson's... but hubby and i were in our "own world" cause of the seating.. but once they arranged for the tables.. we belonged to one world again.. Then.. we watched the change of guards.
Kor said: stupid people will stay and TRY to keep up with the marching while they march from the starting point to the Istana.. So u wanna be stupid or clever??

me: i wanna see the band leh.. can we be stupid?? hur hur
and here is the cause of our stupidity.. we nearly missed the exciting part of the ceremony.. cause the contingents have the military police to stop the cars.. we on the other hand had to wait for the traffic lights.. haha..so we cam whored while waiting... and.. kor's very BRIGHT stare (see la.. late liao!!)
finally made it.. and the military guards were NICE.. (its an understatement)

and just LOOKKK at the PEOPLE!! ( singapore is going to be over populated with all those china people coming in...)

and today.. i went out with mummy to a job site which happens to be a Biotech Company.. and we went shopping.. mummy bought nothing again... and i bought 1 t shirt with a super cheena "xi" word (for chinese new yr.. its nice..) and a formal skirt.. then we took bus 16 back home.. and IT BROKE DOWN!!! oh well..

was browsing through the band member's blogs..

sometimes i really relish the thought of having great friends in band. i guess after 4 yrs of graduating from band. i never really had a true friend in band.

in the alumni. yes. (no names here.. u know who u are)

well.. i've changed alot since i was down there. and i'm happy that everyone else has taken over and covered my old traces. moving on the tracks that we once laid the foundations for.

i'm just sad that the alumni is in shambles.

i worked my ass off... and everyone felt it was a damn easy job. i was treated like an idiot. i will always remember that band camp so clearly.

yet now. as i say goodbye to my band future. i also say goodbye to the alumni's near future.

i have spent 2 days watching CSI Las Vegas Season 1.. and i'm just done..

what a nice way to start new year hey..

daddy's left for work overseas.. sister has gone to hanoi for hoilday..

and janice is at home being a couch poTATO!!!

2007 has been a very happy year because of u.

u make me smile. cry. laugh. tear. angry. sulk.. and the list goes on...

i loved the moment when u whispered in my ear. just for me.

hubby just sent me the photos from our well spent christmas eve.. with a fun cam whoring at Toys R us... dinner at White Dog Cafe.. and a romantic evening ride on a glass bottomed cable car.. ending with a late night show of I am Legend at GV max..

lets begin with our FUN!!!some old wise tree.. that hubby was seriously annoying me with.. IT KEPT SINGING!!! so i made him pose with pikachu... haha.. look how happy he is... but what a boring pose...
see?? i'm more creative with elmo... (but i look so ugly... oh well!!)
hubby and I... aww.. sweetness...and he gave me a flower!!! so sweet.. but i just posed with it.. haha...
and since he lovesss soccer... i gave him 2 balls... haha.. then.. we had dinner at white dog cafe... it was good.. but we have promised not to waste money on food unless for special reasons and occasions..


There was Pumpkin and sweet potato soup.. Seasonal Veg salad with prawns.. main course ( i had meat loaf while hubby had honey baked ham with veg and rice each) and cranberry juice or cocktail.. Dessert was a warm chocolate orange zest cake with ice cream and coffee or tea.. for $40 per pax.. we were so full!!!


then we went on our search for the cable car station.. which took half an hour.. and finally when we found it.. the side to mt faber was closed due to the sky dining.. so we took a round trip to sentosa.. it was beautiful.. especially with hubby... here we wait for our glassbottomed cable car!!!and off we GO!!~~~what a beautiful night view...i was so excited.. and so happy!!! (i still am smiling think of this matter)and the view of the habour front station.. our way back... aftert that was movie.. FRONT ROW seats!! haha.. and we had 3 seats.. cause there was an empty seat.. so i lay on his lap.. on the front row and watched my movie!!!

and New Year was NOT too bad.. it was just sad that we couldn't count down together...
and we had dinner... not very very nice.. but ok for the price... at Plaza Sing's Hot Tomato
