its been way too long.
I'm finally back for good. back to good old Singapore. and i miss Perth and everyone there so very much. some how what tingxuan asked me seemed to ring in my head. he asked why do i like Perth so much, I've lived in Singapore for like 20 years yet it can't compare to the 2 years in Perth.
no one really understood, and to me i really wanted hock to see Perth in my eyes, to understand why i really love Perth. and after the 8 days in Perth, he finally understood why i was in tears throughout my whole flight, why i couldn't turn back to see Alex, Emma and kirke waving goodbye at the airport, why i keep a picture of them on my wall. because they are they most wonderful and loving people to live with. though there are the meddlesome times where everyone seems to be in a foul mood. it was really the best 2 years of my life.
I'll never regret choosing Murdoch University, and Flat 2. I'll miss the nights talking to Alex about movies and our beloved plants and kirke's sudden stomping up and around the corridor and his array of musical instruments and animal sounds, and of course tea drinking with him. Min and her second sound voice (yes i do miss your noise min!), hanisha and her chocolate cravings, Emma hopping around the house with her heat pack and lovey dovey moments with Alex, and Steven the handsome boy from Switzerland who is almost never home.
weird that i still call that place "home", it was the home that i created from scratch, goodbye home.
no matter what, i will go back to Perth, no matter what, i will see these people once more.
